Maintenance

After a week of maintenance in Rotterdam the ‘Oosterschelde’ will depart tomorrow to go to Lauwersoog. A small town in the northern part of the Netherlands. The ship will go in the dry dock there. During the last few days a lot of work has been done mainly to prepare the work that needs to be done in the dry dock. But also the wood on the deckhouse has been removed to conserve the steel under it. In five weeks the ‘Oosterschelde’ will be back, next to her sister ‘Helena’, here in Rotterdam.
