London

6 September 2014

After the North Sea calm, we entered hectic London. Sail Royal Greenwich has grown into a serious maritime festival. With the Tall Ships’ Race using Greenwich as a stopover, more ships have arrived than ever. Most of them stationary, in the West India dock or at the Victoria deep river pier in Greenwich. We sail all day down and up the river, out of Greenwich, with a lot of interested people. The weather is ok, warm and dry, although cloudy.
We won’t see much of London, but here on the Thames we enjoy.
